Delivery & Returns

Delivery Details

Orders over the value of £300 +VAT will receive FREE delivery; any order below this value will be subject to a £40 delivery charge.  Delivery charges are automatically calculated in your shopping basket.

Delivery lead times differ per product due to manufacturing time; please see each individual product page for further information.  All lead times stated show working days (Monday to Friday only); deliveries are made within this timeframe as of the following working day from the date of the order.

We deliver to mainland UK (Great Britain) and our couriers will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date.  All deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 8am and 5pm, please ensure someone is available to sign for your item.

Please do not arrange or start any installation work until you have received your delivery and checked all goods for any defects or missing parts.  This is a rare occurrence, but organising such work after your products are received will give us ample time to resolve any issues, answer technical questions or supply additional fittings if needed.

Return Details

Orders can be cancelled and returned 7 days after delivery is made.  All products should be unused, in their original packaging and with all component parts.  All cancellations incur a minimum collection charge of £40, please note this charge may rise depending on your location and product type.  Please email sales@directwindowsanddoors.co.uk with your request, including your order number and details of the product you would like to return.

In the unlikely event that something is delivered faulty, damaged or with parts missing we request that you report this within 24 hours of delivery in an email to sales@directwindowsanddoors.co.uk including your order number and details of the affected item.  We will collect faulty items at no expense to you and replace or refund upon your request.  Any claims reported outside of this timeframe will be rendered invalid.
